Perfect shooting weather and a testing course at Butlers judged by the relatively low scores.

Only three handicap scores beat the 75 needed to match the course average. David Nightingale continued his steady improvement and was high gun on the day. A brilliant performance David..Another 'best' performance was delivered by Steve Honnor. Steve recorded his best score of the year and walked away with the Handicap award by a massive 11 targets. from David Nightingale's gold medal performance.

We clearly have rising stars amongst us. South Worcester was a more modest affair with all contestants within a couple of points on the Handicap scores. Len Sandford put in the best individual score with a 74% success rate. He narrowly beat

Trevor G's handicap score by a tiny fraction. Trevor continues to demonstrate that his 28g is well up to matching or even beating the bigger guns .
