07.12.2022. Brass Monkeys weather last week but we still managed to put in some good scores. Gary Griffiths has improved massively during the year and is taking some beating these days. Last week was not to be one of them. A great 66 put him in Gold medal position by two points from Dave Salter with Geoff Pomroy's 63 beating Bob Warder's similar score into bronze position on handicap difference. 30.11.2022. Another tricky shoot on a day when everyone needed an extra layer of winter clothes to complicate their gun mounting ability. Most of our top shooters were caught out by either the targets or the conditions. Dave Salter demonstrated the sound old adage that 'the cream always comes to the top' by putting in a superb 62 breaks, beating Bob Jordan into Silver spot by 3 kills. 23.11.2022. A cool morning that chilled out more as the day progressed. Another super mix of targets that tested everyone at H&W with only one shooter beating their average this week. Top gun was Bob Warder who's 59 beat Dave Salter by two kills. Three shooters tied for Bronze on 54. Gary Griffiths took the Bronze position from Geoff Pomrpy and Len Sandford on handicap adjustment.
