Another tricky shoot on a day when everyone needed an extra layer of winter clothes to complicate their gun mounting ability. Most of our top shooters were caught out by either the targets or the conditions. Dave Salter demonstrated the sound old adage that 'the cream always comes to the top' by putting in a superb 62 breaks, beating Bob Jordan into Silver spot by 3 kills. Chris Arthur took third place on handicap adjustment from Julian Waszczak.

The top two scratch scorers also took the same handicap positions with David beating Bob Jordan by just a quarter of a point. Handicap Bronze went to Malcolm Speer, who usually gets in the medals on the more difficult shoots.

South Worcester featured a largely fresh range of targets that seemed to suit Len quite well. His 90 easily took the Gold spot from Dave Salter's 83 broken targets. Bronze spot went to Trevor Griffiths who scored 67, just beating his average score for the year. Len's scratch Gold also earned him the Handicap top spot. Runner up was John Griffiths with Trevor taking the second Bronze position of the day.

A reminder that our Xmas shoot takes place on the 21st of December. Edible Xmas goodies are provided collectively. Speak to Bob Jordan if you need any guidance.
