Apologies for a dyslexia driven Handicap top gun result last week.Somehow a score of 35 was misread as 53 giving Don Walford an amazing handicap result. Back to this week. Another set of good averages but the ground staff look to have improved a few stands, (a couple needed it). After missing his roll call for a month or so, Bob Jordan was back with a vengeance. A cracking 62 gave him the scratch Gold. A great way to celebrate getting your musket out of the safe Bob!. Three 61's tied for the places which, after handicap adjustment, left Len S in Silver place and Bob Warder in Bronze. Dave Salter's 61 just missed out on a place by half a point. Bob's 62 also earned him the Handicap Gold. Sue Small was a close runner up just half a point behind. Handicap Bronze place went to Dave Nigtingale who is consistantly putting in some excellent scores lately.

At South Worcester, Len, with the only 12b on the squad, took scratch Gold with a score of 80. Runner up was John Griffiths's mighty 26g with an excellent 77% kill rate. Just 3 points behind Johm was Jonathan Skelding who's .410 pump action broke 75 ex 100 clays and proved that size doesn’t matter in our sport. Johns 28g easily took the Handicap topspot with Jonathan taking the Handicap Silver. Len took the Bronze position. A super set of small bore results on a rangey set of targets. Well done everyone.
