01.11.23. Your commentator missed an interesting and lively shoot last week from the looks of the results.and the comments sent in with the scores. It was a low turnout but that may have been down to the autumnal weather conditions.
Top gun on the day was won by Bob Jordan with a score of 64. Dave Salter with a score os 63.was runner up with Geoff Pomroy third with 61 broken targets Bob's score was over 11 points better than his average and also earned him the Handicap Gold medal. Malcolm Speer took the Silver place with a score just one target behind. Mark Reacord took the Handicap Bronze spot by beating his average by over 9 points,. Some great results and Handicap scores this week.
At South Worcester, Geoff Pomroy put in an exceelent 83% kills to easily take scratch Gold medal place. The heavy rain stunted John Griffith's runner up performance which shows that he broke 73% of the targets he shot. Jonathan Skelding's little .410 pump action managed to shred 62 of the rangey targets and take the third place. John G took the Handicap top spot with Geoff Pomroy taking the Silver and Jonathan Skelding taking the Bronze position.
