A fine morning which, after last week, was sorely needed. A testing course again with only one score in the 50's.

Top gun was Bob Warder with 53 broken clays who beat the runner up, Bob Jordan by 5 kills. Geoff Pomroy filled in the Bronze position after finding 45 difficult targets. Mark Reacord may not be putting in any massive scores but he is steadily improving and more recently, is consistantly beating all or most of his fellow Dodgers on the handicap front. He won this week. Trevor Griffiths took the Handicap Silver with his super 20g that frequently demonstrates that size is not everything when it comes to busting clays. Bob Jordan took the Handicap third place just a tiny fraction behind Trevor. A very tricky shoot again this week with a couple of targets being warmed up for the extreme day I reckon.

The fine weather prevailed at SW during the afternoon leading us to question if we were at the right venue. (It felt like it had rained every Wednesday afternoon this year) Tony Gray took the scratch Gold spot with 81 dusted targets.Geoff Pomroy took the Silver position with a score of 79, beating Len's similar score on handicap adjustment. Tony's 81 also gave him the Handicap top spot with Geof taking Silver and John G's little 28g taking third place. A perfect day's shooting all round. Happily, spring now appears to be showing its self and promising some better shooting conditions in the future.
