07.09.22. An interesting mix of targets at Butlers last week. Average scores were down by 6 targets. Not many smileys though suggesting that the groundsmen had, by accident or design, found a great mix which should have kept most marksmen happy.

Our squad certainly enjoyed the shoot. Best shot of the day was Julian Waszczak who took the scratch Gold spot with a score of 55 which was only 4 below his annual average. Silver medal went to Rhiddian Billingham who's 50 kills beat Len Sandford's similar score on handicap adjusment.

Handicap Gold went to Dave Gee who was only 1.5 targets below his average. A great score on a testing course David. Rhiddian took the handicap Silver spot to match his scratch position with Julian Waszczak taking the Handicap Bronze position. A good turnout at

South Worcester saw Len take the scratch Gold position with 80 breaks. Jonathan Skelding was runner up with 76 leaving the Bronze position to Paul Stokes who dusted 74 targets. John Griffiths's 70 breaks with his mighty 28g easily took the handicap Gold position. Handicap Silver went to Ian Edwards with Jonathan Skelding taking the handicap Bronze spot. Some great targets on both grounds made for a great day out. Well done both grounds.
