A conflict of interests meant that a handful of us didn't make it to Butlers or South Worcester last week. A big shame because some close scores were returned. On a day when only 4 shooters beat their average, it was surprising to see some high winning scores.

Scratch top gun was Julian Waszczak with 66 broken targets. Just one target behing in the Silver spot was Fei Kong who's 65 was his best score this year. Bob Warder took the bronze position with 64 casualty clays. Fei's impressive score won him the Handicap Gold, with Julian W. and Bob Warder taking the handicap Silver and Bronze respectively. Bob Jordan was the only other Dodger to beat his average.

South Worcester was a novel result. Trevor Grittiths took every award going on the fact that he was the only Dodger present and he was so impressed by Lottie's buttoning and scoring skills that he forgot what he had scored. It didn't matter Trev, you were in a class of your own.

Can I apologise to Peter Marsh for cocking up a couple of his scores over recent weeks. All correct now I believe Peter and thanks for bringing it to my attention. You will appreciate that when we get to our age, mistakes and cock ups become the norm. (Just ask my missus)
