12.10..2022. What a set of scores!
Gary Griffiths is now back at his best, only missing 2 over his last five stands. he scored a brilliant 68 to take the scratch Gold spot. Three shooters broke 65 targets. Handicap adjustment (adding handicap scores to their total) made Chris Arthur the silver spot runner up, and Bob Warder in the scratch Bronze position. Gary's 68 was 13 above his season's average making him clear Handicap Gold winner.
Don Walford's super 49 was 10 above his average and represents a massive step forward on his clay breaking ability. Keep it up Don. Handicap Bronze went to Dave Gee who's 52 was his best yet and was just one clay behind Don on the Handicap scoreboard.Another benchmark you've set yourself David. Great work.
At South Worcester, Jonathan Skelding's efforts at getting his Semi-Auto to shoot where he's pointing it is now showing some serious returns. His score of 83 this week was only 1 behind his course best and took the scratch top spot. Runner up was Geoff Pomroy with 81 broken clays. Well done Geoff. Scratch bronze went to Len who shot his average score of 79. Jonathan's score was 9 above his average and easily took the Handicap Gold position. John Griffith's excellent 60% gave him the Handicap Silver with Geoff Pomroy's 3 above his average taking the Bronze.
