The forecast promised rain and it didn’t let us down. Despite the conditions, there were thirteen Dodgers shooting and the ground was well supported by other shooters.

We are thankful for the cover which most stands have and the bench seating which some of our ‘veterans’ appreciate. Wednesdays’ are now very busy and this is most probably down to the continued development of the club.

Li shot 57/75 for this week’s high gun. Dave S, Peter and Trevor were second placed with 53/75. Trevor won the handicap.

There is no doubt that the targets which we are being presented with are challenging and will be improving our levels of skill. It is always a pleasure to shoot at this ground.

Conditions were better at South Worcester and the wind helped to dry KotR’s clothing from the morning’s rain.

Tony once again shot very well and was high gun and handicap winner with 75/100. John G did not shoot this week but came down in an advisory capacity and conducted all the ‘admin’!

There are some very demanding targets at South Worcester and if there are any Dodgers who have not shot this ground, check out the website and give the place a visit. Very different targets from HWSG.

Butler’s: Li was high gun with 57/75. Average score – 45.2 Trevor won the handicap.

South Worcester. Tony was high gun and handicap winner with 75/100.

Butler’s: John T was high gun with 60/75. Average score – 44.8. Nigel won the handicap.

South Worcester. Tony and Li were equal high gun with 82/100. Tony won the handicap

Butler’s: Len and Bob W equal high gun with 63/75. Average score – 51.9. Howard won the handicap.

South Worcester. Len was high gun 77/100. Trevor won the handicap.

24th July 2019

Butler’s: Len and Bob W were equal high gun on 63/75 Average score – 48.1. Noel won the handicap.

South Worcester. Len was high gun with 71/100.
