Fei made his first visit of the year to Mr B’s this week and proceeded to give everyone a master class in shooting, killing 65/75 targets. He also ventured down to South Worcester and did the same, scoring an excellent 83/100! Keeper of the Rabbit had a word with the owners at S. Worcester and said it would only be reasonable in the future to charge Fei double as he was breaking too many targets. Fei thought this suggestion preferable to the one of having his fingers broken!

Well done to Mike this week as the weekly handicap winner with personal best so far this year. Trevor was again full of joyous celebration as his score needed to be reduced by two targets for the second week running, following scrutiny of the cards.

Eric the Tooth shot a personal best for the year so far with 54/75. Personal bests for the year for Peter, Nigel, Li and Dave with Li and Dave both scoring 60.

Once again, it was very busy this week and there were twenty shooting with the Dodgers which took our overall clay busting to over 1000!

The developments at the ground continue. An excellent improvement has been made to the stand at the far end. It is a massive change from the 60’s when there was no car park with vehicles having to use the verge and a small wooden shed for the admin!

South Worcester. Len was high gun with 80/100.

Butler’s: Dave N and Len were high gun with 56/75. Dave wins on handicap. Mike won the handicap.

South Worcester. Len was high gun and handicap winner with 82/100.

16th January 2019

Butler’s: Dave N was high gun with 58/75. Trevor won the handicap. The average score was 48.3.
