Suz was there early with treats for us all to mark her birthday. Dave N’s recent birthday was also marked with yet another tuneless rendition of ‘Happy Birthday’ in the car park. Hopefully the residents of Hewell Prison were woken up to our chorus!

Len was high gun with 62/75 with Dave S just one target behind. Mention must be made of Peter’s very creditable 60 which is his personal best for the year so far. Unfortunately, he just missed out on this week’s handicap medal to Malcolm, who also had a good morning.

Errors are frequent on the scorecards. Mainly due either to misinterpreting a number or bifocal problems. As everyone is aware, KotR checks the cards (some totals have been as much as ten targets wrong) and this week, sadly Ian J’s total has been revised downwards 57/75.

At South Worcester, Tony shot well for high gun with 74/100. The tower crosser which has posed problems for Trevor had miraculously been overcome last week with the addition of some tape to a lens. Unfortunately, this did not carry forward to the following week and this target remains untouchable!

Len was able to make an appearance at Butlers but had to dash-off to Cornwall straight away thus missing South Worcester. Can’t be bad!
