It is always cause for concern when Ian approaches you with a box! You never know what to expect.
This happened to KotR following this week’s shoot. Trevor did not expect to see Ian at HWSG as he had phoned the previous morning to say he couldn’t make it. It was a short conversation as Trevor had just cut his head and was using a tea towel to staunch the flow as he went up to the doctors. It must have looked to passers-by that he was off to an audition of ‘Sabu Elephant Boy’! GP’s couldn’t help but brilliant at QEHB A&E dept. As thoughtful as ever, the box contained a kit to enable Trevor to close garage doors in future without injury. It also contained bandages etc. and a sewing kit should it be needed. Many thanks Ian.
This week saw Bob W maintain his dominance scoring an excellent 63/75. Malcolm was handicap winner with his personal best of the year so far. Malc has been shooting very well recently, totally focussed and it’s paying dividends. Well done! He will be moving house soon but will still come from Worcester.
Unfortunately, Eric is just missing out on his credits for a High Five Award. Three 59’s and a 58 this year. Always a bit of what Len says when he drops a target.
At South Worcester, Len shot a blistering 88/100. Trevor had a personal best for the year with 78/100. It’s a pity that the 12 gauge Guerini doesn’t like shooting at HWSG for some reason. Good to meet up with John H again.
